Snack: 1/3 met rx bar.Lunch: 2 low carb tortilla with 2 oz shredded chipotle beef each; lettuce; salsa and a pinch of coconut.
The beef I slow cooked with garlic salt, cumin, liquid smoke, jalapenos and homemade lemon extract. (Lime would have been good too.) Then shredded and chopped with two forks and a knife. It ended up very lean.
Snack: smoothie with raw milk, protein powder, spinach, strawberries and banana. Spaghetti squash with a little turkey sausage and mushrooms with a side of baby carrots and hummus.
